Spirit Ridge Fire
Spirit Ridge Equine Center was devasted when fire burned a huge part of our building in Brookland AR
Spirit Ridge Equine Center faced a horrible fire that took the life of three of our horse friends and left most of our barn a total loss. Two miniature horses and 1 miniature donkey perished. We will miss them.
Classes at the barn will continue despite the damage. Spirit Ridge will rebuild and go on. The work that we do is very important to this community through Therapeutic Riding, Hippotherapy and all the Mental Health services we provide for the public and our veterans.
Spirit Ridge is made up of strong volunteers, therapists and clients that will help us rebuild and be even stronger than we were before.
We do need your help. Even though there is structural insurance it will not cover the expenses that Spirit Ridge will face. Please help us by donating to the barn fund that has been set up through Liberty Bank and Pay Pal. All proceeds will be used to rebuild the barn. Remember that all donations are tax deductible.
